Homeownership Village West

The Kickapoo Housing Authority will be placing 2 new Homeownership Homes at our Village West location off 177 and Coker Road. If you need more information, please contact the HAKTO office at 405-964-6262. 

Tiny Village West

The Kickapoo Housing Authority will be placing 10 new Tiny Homes at our Village West location off 177 and Coker Road.  This funding requested satisfies both a critical housing need and a necessary expenditure to provide 10 new rental home options to stop the spread of COVID running rampant through our community. If you need more information, please contact the HAKTO office at 405-

Elder Duplexes

Kick off meeting with Thompson Construction and TriArc with Copper Bear and the Corps of Engineers began in January 2021 and the contractors are doing a “Great” job!  See the gallery of the progress below. To request an application, contact our office Monday thru Friday business hours from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.  Closed for lunch from 12:00 pm to 1:00 pm.  We can mail or fax one to you.
